WooCommerce does reduce the stock level if you mark an order as “complete” by default, so you should check if you have a corrupted / old installation or a conflicting plugin / theme, that creates this issue.
Our plugin works correctly with WooCommerce and does reduce the stock as expected.

The cod availability is not recalculated while the customer is typing. ( This is done on purpose to avoid multiple requests to the server ).
Customer should click outside the pincode input box ( to proceed to the next box ), in order to recalculate the cod availability.
Are you sure that you clicked outside in your test?

Unfortunately I can’t reproduce the issue. It works just fine in all my tests.
I suspect that is another plugin or theme conflict that causes the issue.Please attach your website’s url so I can check for js errors.

Something is going wrong there, maybe a conflict with another plugin.

About the notice with local pickup plugin, please make sure you replace ( overwrite ) the file wc-smart-cod-public.php, with the one I send you, correctly. I just tested and the notice goes away.

The rounding factor is only applied when your COD extra fee is set to “%” instead of “Fixed”.
Probably you are not seeing this option due to a select2 javascript error. That’s the same reason the product and product categories box not working.
I’m pretty sure that’s a conflict with one or more bad coded plugin of yours.
I will check the WooCommerce Local Pickup Plus Plugin issue with the notice, but I’m pretty sure the file I send you will clean this notice up.
From your side please send your WooCommerce System Status ( from WooCommece / Status ), so I can assist you further.
