If I set the “Free shipping threshold”, there is no way to charge under this situation.
Free shipping would only be at the most 10kms. around.
Does that make sense?I still need to solve this, is there any help or guide that you could provide at me.

Hola Jonas. Yo contraté a https://wanderlust-webdesign.com/ que desarrolló un plugin, espero te sirva. No es muy amigable el desarrollador y tampoco explica mucho pero funciona su solución.
Me gustaría intercambiar algunas ideas contigo porque al margen de la solución con el split de pago, tengo clientes que no usan MP y no sé cómo hacer, te das alguna idea? Conoces a algun desarrollador que pueda darme una mano? Si no es molestia pasame algun contacto.
