FTP access gained but no folder for next-gen found per instructions “If you have FTP access, login to your server and go to your wp-content > plugins folder.
Delete the next-gen folder and then try again.”

Also it seems there is no ftp or sftp access at all. That and there’s no contact with a tech available save your self

There’s a small problem… ftp will not accept my regular password.
I downloaded and activated the Ozh’ Admin Drop Down Menu and the sidebar disappeared and disabling the plugin worked to re-enable the sidebar.
