Yes, it is possible to exclude certain pages from the maintenance mode. You should open the Maintenance tab from the left-side menu and find the “Exclude pages from the maintenance mode” field. There you will be able to indicate pages that will be available via direct link even if the maintenance mode is on.

Yes, as for now, there is no option to upload an .svg file as your logo and even if you try to upload it you will get the following error message http://prntscr.com/j9cafn

Please make sure to upload your logo in both sections – Logo and Retina Logo. Then you will see your logo on the maintenance page.

You should also enable sound and turn on the autoplay on mobile devices here:
