Plugin Clef poorly compatible with our plug maintenance. It is also poorly compatible with all plug-ins that use the Maintenance Mode.
When you log into the site using clef, get notified of the error.
On this page recommend only disable maintenance plugin:

You need to redirect your domain to be available at the single address.
At the moment your site is available at http://www.example.com/ and http://example.com/. It shall be available only for one address.The following .htaccess code makes this happen:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.example\.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://example.com/$1 [L,R=301]Please submit the request to your hosting provider. It’s a server issue.

You need to update the Maintenance Pro to version 3.0. It can be the cause of the problem. Alternatively, you can provide us the admin access to your website or try to disable your plugins one by one. The problem can be due to the conflict with one of them.
