If you are checking your website as Admin you can see it only in normal mode not in Maintenance. Try in another browser as user.

You should replace your data directory to data from the archive. Don’t forget to unzip it. If you didn’t change anything in the source files then your configuration will be not lost.

Maintenance plugin doesn’t affect on wp-login and users can access to your website using it.
You can hide wp-login with help of plugin WPS Hide Login.
Also,please, find tutorial about Exclude user roles option in PRO version which allow you to exclude and temporarily close access to website via Maintenance login form.

And this not due to issue which was fixed. Your website can not be loaded in general, not white screen, please, see error in your console.
It could be due to conflict with one of our plugins. Try to deactivate them one.

Probably, the reason is due to your content or tools which you are using for it creating. Your content is too much wide and leaves borders of the screen.
