Found the problem. When adding content and simply cutting and pasting content from newspaper sites, I pasted in some content that brought closed div tags. When these appeared in the layout, they closed divs early and left open divs after them.
No, but I am cutting and pasting for blockquotes from newspapers sometimes. I did see the invalid code. I’ll clean it up and see if that improves anything.
