+20 regarding this feature. Trying to use http://www.kinggary.com/archives/build-an-ical-feed-from-your-wordpress-posts-plugin/ as a base. It creates an iCal feed from the posts perfectly, but I am having problems changing the variables to make the event show on the event day (not when it was posted) [Same for time, location, and details].
