I have the exact same issue. I have contact forms on 8 sites – they have been working for a long time, but none of them are now. The database extension log everything fine, but no emails are sent..
Thanks for your quick reply. I did however try this several times with different settings, but nothing happens. I’ve left the plugin activated for you to check out at http://www.fatdux.com/blog/. The long string of code is no longer there, now all there is, is the headline: categories.
