The DB_CHARSET was utf8mb4 and I changed it into utf8.
Everything is back to normal 😀

That seems like a complicated solution.
For your information, these images are, for example, also stored in “wp-contents/uploads”.
Without them being present in the media section. Would it be possible to add them to the media section without replacing them?
