well, i changed the slug for the page which is in italian, from “it_it” to “it”, and activated “Use a subfolder for the default language” and now the translation button is working not only from admin…

Hello, thank you for your support,
I have disabled All the plugins apart from TranslatePress, cleared the cache, enabled the 2020 theme.
The issue persists. The button only works in the Admin mode, while anywhere else the button doesn’t work.
I’m using WordPress on Aruba
