The only thing I can think of causing it is this plugin.

I have cleared the cach on the browser and even tried a second machine. I haven’t made any modifications to the theme. I am running WordPress Multisite but I am the super admin so I know nobody else has done it.
How do I clear the cache on the site? Also, how do I check for validation errors? Sorry, I am new to wordpress.
I wish I could post it. It is a internal only site.
