but after Update jetpack it is the same, it don´t work. I use the plugin “classic widgets”, could that be the reason?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I think I didn’t express myself properly. The popup works, but I can’t open the dashboard for editing. When I click “edit” a blank page opens with the following link in the browser bar:

Unfortunately I can’t find a reason
