Thanks for the report, and sorry for the slow reply.
The most likely cause is that your WordPress site isn’t linked to the AllAccessible account you’re editing. Until it’s linked, the site loads a shared default toolbar, so anything you save on the dashboard — colour, position, language — stays on the dashboard and never reaches your pages. That would explain the icon staying in the bottom-right corner.
To link it, go to AllAccessible → Account in your WordPress admin and complete the connection, then save your dashboard settings once more and hard-refresh the front end (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R). If you run a caching or optimisation plugin, clear that too.
The default language is set alongside the other toolbar settings in your dashboard, and it follows the same rule — it applies once the site is connected.
