I followed this step (http://support.printfriendly.com/publisher/developer-questions/custom-css-styles/) and it works for the pdf but when i press the print button, i still get the header and url link.
oh i think i figured it out with ahir’s solution. I made a new page and appended the ninja form. Then I deleted the navigation link to old page and added new page. This fixed all my problems wit the lightbox and issue with selecting certain inputs on the page. Thanks!
@iorro – i dont see the custom link on the right end and i dont see a new custom link from the menu on left.
@ahir – what do you mean add ninja form shortcode?
