I’ve re-enabled it on our home page — http://www.inewsnetwork.org/ — will that help?
I was seeing it and getting reports of it on Safari and Chrome on Mac OS X.
UPDATE: Also Firefox.
The conditions surrounding the problem, that I’ve been able to replicate, are having the page loaded in the browser for several minutes. If you refresh the page, it will clear up.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, I had to pull your plugin offline temporarily (the replacement isn’t as nice & involves several hacks to match PromoSlider, so I’d like to get it back up asap.) So, it isn’t online yet, but here is a screenshot of what we were seeing.
