I have the same problem, only here the message is: ” one of the files does not exist” which is bullshit. I’ve uploaded all images in high res.
I ‘ve tried guest login, registered user login, it’s everytime the same message.
Have you found the solution yet? My order does not get the message ” cancelled”, no problem with that part.
I now check everytime I see a client has ordered and paid for a package with digital downloads. I send them the files via WeTransfer manually. I’ve asked Derek for help, hopefully it will be fixed!- This reply was modified 8 years, 7 months ago by fotogravin.

Create new gallery. Scroll down a bit, there you can choose what kind of gallery: password protected, require email, require user account or be completely private for specified users.
It’s that simple. It’s all there.This is a great plugin!
I had the same problem with the translation. Followed your advice and the link.
I translated everything but the ‘slug’name. Is that what you call the “short title”? Or do you mean the name in the first column?
