No CSS changed, simply added content to the floating div:
<p style="color:BLACK;font-weight:bold;padding-left:20px;padding-top:10px;">HELLO WORLD</p>
And the short code inside of a custom HTML box:

Changed URL to only show div when xxx is shown in URL:

Still not floating though.
