@kingcoree – Five months later, I’m still waiting for a solution to this problem. Support told me that they were aware of the issue and planned to resolve it in a future patch. I contacted them again a couple of months ago, and still nothing.
So, we haven’t used SureCart again. I don’t know if the issue was specifically with the theme our client was using, Uncode, but they weren’t impressed all the same, and neither were we.
