I have seen the same thing happen to me. It looked like another user of the site was locked out and I asked her about it and she said that she did not even try to login. For some reason, someone has figured out the usernames and is trying to brute force their way in the website. I hope somebody figures this out.
What if you DO want to approve a question? How would you block a question from showing up?
I have the same exact problem with my website. I hope somebody has a solution soon. It looks terrible so I will wait for a solution and make it public then.
