But why issue with the current version? Old version is working fine without any changes or theme change or plugin deactivate.
I am getting the same problem.
No redirection and no message in debug.
I think the problem is with the new update as the old version if working very fine without any issues.

AS I mentioned it was working perfectly fine 2 days before. But suddenly getting this type of links.
Also tried with other SMTP, it seems perfect with other but not working with sendgrid.
