Can you someone tell me how to access the back end of my website. Apparently I am receiving a HTTP ERROR 500 and my web hosting company is telling that I need to upgrade my wordpress. But how can I upgrade my wordrpess when I do not have access to my dashboard. This issue has been going since late June 2016. Please help me.
