I ran into a very similar problem on my site http://www.fs-dinner-jazz.de.
Using Chrome the scrolling / anchor-links are not working.
I did not find jquery.scrollTo.js and jquery.scrollTo.min.js in the theme folder.
In /wp-content/themes/locus/style/js
I found a custom.js with some code about .scrollTo in it.
But I don’t understand what to do know.
Can you please help me here?

Hi Brady. Thanks for this nice plugin. I am new to affilate and I am from Germany.
Like the TO I would like to be able to use the affilate programs with the german amazon.de and itunes.de page.
