Hi and thank you so much for the response!
Unfortunately the hosting service of my client doesn’t provide informations about this function from the control panel, I wrote to the assistance and I await a response. My perplexity arises from the fact that in some cases the backup was completed successfully, but after endless attempts and with extreme slowness. On other sites hosted by the same provider I did not detect the same problem.
Could there be other reasons?
