Hi, hope you could help me with an issue regarding mobile devices.
    I’m using this shortcode with the premium version of the plugin [fts_facebook type=albums id=oncoming.it posts=10 title=no title_align=left description=no words=45 popup=no image_width=180px image_height=180px space_between_photos=5px hide_date_likes_comments=no center_container=yes loadmore=button loadmore_btn_maxwidth=180px loadmore_btn_margin=10px omit_album_covers=2,4,5,7]

It works perfectly but on mobile (tested on Iphone 6s)
The ‘View on Facebook’ link is not showing at all.

    Thanks a lot!

Thanks for all the info! I think you will need to decrease the amount of words=45 to say words=5 The reason being is your image size is small so you can’t have too much description text showing. Hope that helps.

If that does not work, try making the images a little bit bigger, I noticed on mobile you still have a lot of space on either side. Maybe try say 250px or even 300px

Hi Spencer and thanks for the fast reply!
I’ve tried your solution but it didn’t worked..
This is what I see on my Iphone (there is no album description) Iphone screenshot

And this is what I see with my mac

IIt’s not about the description text but the ‘View on Facebook’ link.

Could you help me further? Thanks a lot!

Actually my images are 250px but nothing changed..:)

Any news? It’s a big problem for me that users cannot use the plugin from mobiles..
    Could you help me please?
