That was stupid of me :S
Disabled that unwanted plugin, then uninstalled and installed yith plugin again. But the button is not showing up. I have these Product page settings:
Position of “Add to wishlist” on product page: After “Add to cart”

RUBBISH!!!! What a USELESS plugin this is, stay away as far as you can from them and save your money, because the support is completely non-existent!!!
