Strangegee — In cpanel you should have an option for a “File Managager” (exact name may vary depending on your host). Once you are in the file manager you should be able to navigate to the wp-content folder, then look in the plugins folder. There should be a subfolder for custom logins and you should be able to delete it. At that point the regular log in process should work.
I’m not a power user by any means, so I don’t know what might be causing that, but I can suggest a work-around. Create another sub-page called “All Services” and put the information there. That will get the information out to your customers at the very least.
