We had to recommit the plugin to the plugin directory and fix all errors within the plugin.

Hello,

It looks like you haven’t configured your email address in the plugins settings page. The settings page can be found in the WordPress back end under “Settings” and is called “Candidate Apply Form“. You will be able to configure your “Destination Email” here.
