I was able to fix my problem by customizing my front page. Top left, press your name and then customize, then Site Title and Tag Line, make sure Site Title is filled out. Deactivate all your plugins…. Then try again.. Good luck!
I have the same problem also! I want to complete my website, but I can’t.. For me it is under Theme Settings I can not add anything, a blank screen appears after I press upload to the site.
