  • Would you please share the code you used riley454 it would save me a bunch of time going through the code.
    I’d love to see the code used above to position the number in the headers section, thanks in advance.

    Hello, First thanks for the great theme, I’m trying this out before upgrading to pro, I’ve never used your themes before and they seem great so far I’m only have one issue. I can’t seem to find the location to position the social media icons?… Currntly they are running vertical through the center of the lower section of the slider and are not aligned corectly in a row, some are off center on a fresh install. Would someone please assist me with this, I tried using the code above but I’m not to sure were to place it. A little guidance would be highly appreciated!

    Hi
    I’m not hijacking the thread!! “put your guns away”

    If I could only add my experience dealing with the same issue just not as may images as the OP. Gtmetrix and firebugs yslow always display this message, “Specify image dimensions” as well as tell me I have 17 background Image I’m unaware of (possibly responsive theme related?) But this issue has always bugged me because i optimize every image before uploading it to wordpress then regenerate the thumbnail just to be on the safe side but still I face the same problem as the OP so your not alone. I agree with James i also think it’s just more of a page speed bug, perhaps I’m wrong but nevertheless I still score a 90% and 88% with yslow.

    My other reason for commenting on this thread is because I’m interested in what other might have to say about this issue and would liked to notified when a comment is made. I hope this was not considered rude behavior, if so I apologize in advance!

    Thank you for your time,
    Fish!

    Sorry but I should also state that i have already tried the following to scripts of code to my .htaccess file.

    function _remove_script_version( $src ){
    02	    $parts = explode( '?', $src );
    03	    return $parts[0];
    04	}
    05	add_filter( 'script_loader_src', '_remove_script_version', 15, 1 );
    06	add_filter( 'style_loader_src', '_remove_script_version', 15, 1 );

    The above code breaks my site and the following code does not change a thing.

    ## EXPIRES CACHING ##
    <IfModule mod_expires.c>
    ExpiresActive On
    ExpiresByType image/jpg "access 1 year"
    ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access 1 year"
    ExpiresByType image/gif "access 1 year"
    ExpiresByType image/png "access 1 year"
    ExpiresByType text/css "access 1 month"
    ExpiresByType application/pdf "access 1 month"
    ExpiresByType text/x-javascript "access 1 month"
    ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash "access 1 month"
    ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access 1 year"
    ExpiresDefault "access 2 days"
    </IfModule>
    ## EXPIRES CACHING ##

    Thanks again!

    Hi, Altpro

    I’ve found that if your theme has good coding work

    Exactly what my themes author “Neo” said to me earlier today.
    I was discussing that topic on my themes support forum with one of the developers earlier today that was his exact words. I removed all minification settings earlier and It didn’t effect the speed of my site what so ever. I’m one happy camper! Not to say it’s not important for some themes but as you said if the coding was done properly there should be no need to be overly concerned with it.

    I’m just happy I gave your plugin a try! Consider me a customer of your work!

    Thanks for the advice and plugin!

    Your exactly right! I knew at some point I would have to manually minify the css and java. It’s much better off that way, No time like the present! I’m in such a good mood your plugin worked so well I’ll minify my neighbours files too for free!

    AlTpro
    I have went over this plugin from top to bottom trying to locate a conflict with any of my plugin’s and or theme. The only thing that found it doest play nice with is minify setting in W3 Total Cache, and then again that’s probably has to do with my personal settings. I’m so impressed with the quality of this plugin it’s unreal and hard to believe it’s a free plugin!

    I will be upgrading to the pro version now I know that there are no conflicts with my site.

    Thanks agian for offering this for free!

    Thanks
    Great Info “plugin author” I searched all morning, deleted the files renamed them, read the wordfence support forum and still no answerer. I’m so glad you posted this answer on the wordpress support thread. Awesome plugin “Wordfence Assistant plugin”! Probably the most useful I used in quite sometime. 5 star rating!! I highly recommend it..

    I opened a thread asking this same question 10-mins ago. I will close it and direct traffic this way

    Thanks again!

    Hi Marco,
    I apologizes I should of never of second guessed the quality of your plugin, It was something to do with your plugin and the easy facebook like box plugin conflicting when activated at the same time,if both are activated the issue appears, if either one of the two are deactivated and deleted the issue disappears, it’s only when they are both activated do see the issue. Sorry again! I doubt you still need my Amin credentials but if so I’ll happy send them.

    My fix is simple get rid of the facebook like box plugin I don’t need it that bad.

    Thanks Marco
    Roger

    I also am having this exact same problem it just started 5 minutes ago after updating your plugin! I’ve never had one issue with your plugin, but after updating it just a few minutes ago this issue started. Like I said it’s the exact same problem with images as above, but i also see some small white text on top admin panel while viewing the front end of the website. This white text appears right below the tabs right below the admin user bar. Like I said it was operating perfect until updating your plugin! I deleted the plugin and the issue went away! I’ll wait for the fix before using the plugin again!

    I use the rt-15 theme with a child.
    I just wanted to confirm the problem,!

    If you would like login admin credentials let me know and I’ll provide them because that the very least I can do for offering such a great plugin free! I trust you guys!

    Thanks
    Fish
