I’m not sure if I have a issue or not if somebody could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
I’m trying to get yoast to display my robots.txt file for editing reasons with no luck. I’ve created a sitemap and submited it to google webmasters tools with no errors but when I go to yoast, edit file, and look under robot.txt i get this message ” If you had a robots.txt file and it was editable, you could edit it from here”.
Here’s the kicker. When I search mysite/robots.txt I’m receiving this
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/Then under root, robots.txt in my file manager I have this: User-agent:
Googlebot
Allow: /
Sitemap:http://tampabayroofing.jrjbroofing.org/sitemap_index.xmlI’m not sure why my robots.txt file under root is not the same as when searched in the browser or displayed in yoast.

In reply to: [zAlive] Replace search box with text on right side of header? Thanks for such a fast response, OK I created the child them but when I go to appearance editor the only file listed is style.css. I’ve tried to uploaded the header.php file via ftp but my problem is what header file to upload to my child them? My options are header.php, full width, header.php, plus I have another header.php file located in my templates directory. I’m not sure which one I should upload.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In reply to: [zAlive] Column plugin not workingI use the plugin ultimate shortcodes for my columns. Maybe you can give it a try, it seems to work fine with the zalive theme. Plus it has many more great styling options.
Good Luck!
Not much help on this subject I see.

From what I gather we can ignore the error if your running a business website hatom is used for blog posts. http://microformats.org/wiki/hatom
Good luck!

In reply to: hatom-feed Error: At least one field must be set for HatomFeed.Any advice friends. This is driving me nuts!
I’ll mark this topic as closed the source of the problem was with the hosting like suggested above. I switched to hostgator and everything is working flawlessly.
@jan Your right I’m sure of that. I’m switching to paid hosting a I type. My only concern is that I’m almost positive my site does not get that much traffic if any? I was wondering if some type of attack / hack could be triggering this. Like I said I’m sure I’m only getting between 5-10 hit’s a day on my site if that.
But like the wise man above once said you get what you pay for!
Thanks for the links songdodtech I do plan to switch to paid hosting soon but until then I would like resolve this darn error message, I can’t allow it to beat me.
Little to my surprise 000webhost responded to the ticket I submitted regarding this issue. But I’m still stuck, any help would be highly appreciated.
This is the message from 000webhost:
If you get ‘User XXX already has more than max_user_connections active connections’ or “too many connections” message, it means your script is not optimized and makes too many connections to the database (or your website is very active, has many users online at the same time).
You may want to run mysql_reconnect command before each query in this case. Also add command mysql_close()at the end of your script to close all open connections.
Any help walking me through this would be great!
Thank You so much Esmi for the fast response.
I’m using 000webhost to host the free site. I’m not sure if they offer customer support for free hosting but that’s my next move.
I’m assuming they will not be of much help!
