Hi Alessandro!
Many thanks to your answer. My WordPress is in german (by first WordPress setup) and i use Loco Translate too.
I created a new german language file like this picture and now it seems to work after i translate a few words by myself. A file named ‘wp-user-manager-de_DE.po’ was created.
Only in the account settings in frontend i still have the word password and need the german word passwort. Repeat password is translated in Passwort wiederholen.

FYI: I used the newest version v2.0.7 and need german as language
I found this and this threads but it doesn’t work for me.
The frontend is still in english.
Try to clear the browser cache.
