You were right. It was a plugin.
I disabled with one plugin all update including translating update…

But site language is in Slovak Language and plugins like Woocommerce or COntact form 7 are translated into my language.
It suppose to translate (i mean download slovak language automatically when I install a plugin.)
And it happens with every new plugin. I have another website where I don’t have this problem.
