Hello,
I want you to know that I managed to solve the problem, I tell you:
i) I deactivated the plugin, without deleting it,
ii) I replaced the “wordpress-seo” folder with a backup of the same folder that I made the day before the critical error was generated (when everything was fine),
iii) I re-activated the plugin.I did this following the bug reports that WordPress pointed out, as replacing the corrupted files with the original good files ended up fixing the problem.

Something I just noticed is that when the Yoast SEO plugin is active, I can’t access the WordPress dashboard either.

Sorry for the christmas delay.
I resolved the first problem (WSoD) whit the plugin “Classic Editor”, but now, I have the error “too many redirects” (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) in my page every time that I activate the WooCommerce’s plugin.

I know the reason is WooCommerce because I test deactivating all the plugins one by one. In the same way, I tried with all the suggests of Mirko: I changed the theme (from Hello Elementor to Storefront) and it doesn’t resolve, I checked the others plugins when WooCommerce is working, but also doesn’t resolve, how I can fix this?
