In reply to: [WooCommerce] Option to change cha ching sound?@71amg Could you be talking about the WooCommerce mobile app and the sound that it makes when a new order is received? There is no option to change the sound that is used, but you can turn off the sound notification entirely from the notification settings of your phone (From inside the app: Settings > Open Device Settings).

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New products not showing in shop and shop only showing one page@jane-c When new changes made to a site do not appear immediately, most often the cause of this is caching. You’ll want to check if you have any caching plugins enabled on the site. If you do, disable them and test to see if the changes appear.
If you don’t have any caching plugins, reach out to your host and ask them to disable any caching they may have activated at the server level.
As for the second issue, related to the lack of pagination, you may want to check that your theme does offer support for pagination, or that there is no other plugin causing a conflict. Here’s what I’d suggest:
You’ll want to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. Then, disable all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce, and test for the issue.
If the problem is gone, you’ll then have to re-enable features one by one, while testing for the issue, until you find out which one is causing this behavior.
We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging. This plugin lets you copy and redeploy a WordPress site with minimal work.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Features by categories@erkange Can you clarify what do you mean by this?
We need to add keyboard Type to notebook.
But we don’t need to add to cell phones. It sounds like you are trying to add information to the product page, only for certain products – but I’m not sure if I understood that correctly. If that is the case, I’m thinking you could use product attributes for this. You can read more about how those work at the following documentation page:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-6

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout – Country/State Dropdown not working@waterhaul Issues like this are most often caused by conflicts. You mentioned disabling plugins one by one, however, here’s the correct way to run a full conflict test:
1. Switch the theme of your website to the free Storefront theme. Test for the issue – if the issue is solved, then your theme is the one causing the problem. If the issue isn’t resolved, move on to the next steps.
2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists. This step is very important. WooCommerce has to be the only plugin that is enabled, without any additional ones being active. If the problem is resolved under this setup then please move on to the next step.
3. Activate features one by one while testing for the issue, until you find the one that is causing this behavior. When the issue happens again, you’ll know the last activated plugin is the one causing the problem.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] ICONS AND PRICING NOT SHOWING(ONLY STARS *)Issues like this are most often caused by conflicts. It’s possible that other software installed on the site is making prices appear like that.
To verify if that’s the case, you’ll want to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. Then, disable all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce. Under that setup, test for the issue.
If the problem is gone, you’ll then have to re-enable features one by one, while testing for the issue, until you find out which one is causing this behavior.

@bjstfde As mentioned by @lorro above, there are five variations available on the rpdocut page that you linked.
I’m thinking you may have already solved the issue. If that isn’t the case and you are still experiencing issues, please let us know, and provide us more details to understand the error you are experiencing.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] shipping issue@amirdevelopment I’m not sure I fully understand your issue. It sounds like you are having issues configuring your shipping zones. However, I’m a bit confused by what you mean in your description. Out of the box, WooCommerce includes “Egypt” as an option to add in the region section. However, it does not include any additional options to add cities within Egypt.
This particular section of your message is not very clear to me:
I have Cairo and Alexandria without region section value if I add another city, for example, Giza and I give it value in the region section “Egypt” and I put it between Cairo and Alexandria so Cairo first, Giza second and Alexandria third so if I select Cairo it will show me Cairo delivery normal and if I select Giza it will give me Giza but if I select Alexandria it will show me, Giza
Please provide us with additional details or screenshots that can help us understand the situation better.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to show categories for brands@oscarsj You might also want to look into the possibility of using an extension like WooCommerce Brands. That plugin will allow you to list a brand on each product.
If none fo those options would work for you, you may consider a custom-tailored solution for your site that extends the default features of the plugin. If you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:
https://woocommerce.com/customizations
They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product filter missing new colors@oierla The filters that you have on the sidebar do not look like the filtering options included with WooCommerce out of the box. I’m guessing a plugin is being used to configure those. Do you know which plugin you installed to add those options?
You’ll want to look at the settings of that plugin, in order to find out what might be causing the color white to be missing from the display.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to show categories for brands@oscarsj I’m thinking you could use product tags for this. You would have to add the corresponding tag to all the products of that brand, and then have the tag archive page linked to that menu element.
Using your example, if you were to add “Levis” as a tag on all products from that brand, once you click on that menu element customers would see a display of all the products tagged “Levis”. Note that they will not see product categories for them to click, though. It would be a display of all products with that tag.
You can read more about tags at the following doc: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-3

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Delete CustomersTo remove customer and order data from that screen (WooCommerce > Customers), you will have to head to Analytics > Settings and select to
Delete Previously Imported Data.Note that this will remove ALL the data from that screen, not just the users you deleted. You can then have the data re-imported from that same screen. If you have deleted the users and their orders from the site, they will not be added back to that report.
I’ve tried leaving this thread open for a while now, to see if anyone else could chime in. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case so far.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Want to change product page layout@dwt123 Thanks! That seems to be a catalog page, rather than a “product page”. And I see that it is the mobile version of that website, not desktop.
Off the top of my head, I don’t know of a particular theme that displays products exactly like that.
I leave this thread open for now, to see if any other users from the community may have suggestions. Otherwise, you might want to keep looking for a WordPress theme that offers this type of layout.
