In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to create multiple shipping prices for one product?@jane-c It sounds like you are trying to configure flat rate shipping prices for products on your store. Different products will have different flat rate costs, with different costs added depending on the region they are being shipped to.
There are a couple ways you can set it up. Depending on the number of products in your store, one might be more efficient than other.
You can set up shipping classes that will allow you to have different flat rate shipping costs within a zone. So, for example, you can have a shipping class called “Heavy Items” and another one that is for “Light Items”. Within each zone, you can add a flat rate shipping method, which is shipping class having a different cost.
Using that method, you’d need to create one shipping class for each different price you’d like to have in that region. And then link each class to its particular product.
If you don’t want to have to create a shipping class for each product, then I’d recommend using the Per-Product Shipping extension. That extension will allow you to set up shipping costs in each product, with the ability to add different prices for different countries.
Hopefully one of those two options help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Auto Free Item in Cart function, how to eliminate item?@davidborrink I don’t have suggestions about the code snippet in particular, but I thought I’d drop this suggestion here:
You can use the Force Sells extension to achieve what you described, to force a product (paid or free) to be added to the cart when another item is being checked out.
That might help in case you are unable to fix the code snippet you are using.
I’m going to leave this thread open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out with the code itself.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add read more to product descriptions on mobile@justin007h I’m not personally aware of a plugin that enables this type of functionality. Doing some research, I found this tutorial that includes a few code snippets that supposedly enable the type of feature you describe:
https://thiscodemightwork.wordpress.com/2017/04/22/woocommerce-read-more-tag/
I haven’t tested it myself, but you may want to take a look at the instructions there and maybe try out that solution on a test site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variations (add to cart) not working on desktop@uptop This type of error is usually caused by a conflict – a theme or plugin installed on the site must be preventing the plugin from detecting the selection the customer has made.
Looking at your product page, I see you have customized the variable products to add image swatches for people to select the variation they want. I’d start by looking at the plugin you are using for that – if you disable that plugin and have users select the variation from a dropdown, does it work?
If it works, you’ll know the problem is with that plugin and you can reach out to the developer for assistance.
If that’s not the issue, then I’d recommend running a full conflict test.
You’ll want to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. Then, disable all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce, and test for the issue.
If the issue is gone, you’ll then have to re-enable features one by one, while testing for the issue; until you find out which one is causing this behavior.
We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
Hopefully that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Delete Customers@almmello It isn’t possible to remove a single customer from the reporting. The plugin automatically looks at all orders placed and reports the information it finds. It is meant to be a comprehensive report on customers who have placed orders on your site historically.
WooCommerce Admin has now been integrated into the core WooCommerce plugin. It isn’t possible to remove it. However, the old reports are still available under WooCommerce > Reports.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New products not showing in shop and shop only showing one page@jane-c Even if pagination was working in the past, it doesn’t rule out the possibility of a new conflict causing this issue.
I’d still recommend completing a full conflict test, like described in my last message (switching to the Storefront theme and disabling ALL plugins except for WooCommerce).
Here’s a video tutorial from WP-Staging, in case that helps with setting up the staging site: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ye3fC6cdB3A&feature=youtu.be

In reply to: [WooCommerce] ICONS AND PRICING NOT SHOWING(ONLY STARS *)@gkartikey I visited your store at vernec.com but have been unable to see what you described (and what’s shown in the screenshot). I visited this product page, for example:
https://www.vernec.com/product/360-spray-mop-with-microfiber-pad/
The pricing shows correctly.
Is it a customer that is reporting that behavior? You might want to reach out to them and ask more details that might allow you to reproduce the issue (what browser they are using, what device are they on, etc.)
For now I don’t seem to be able to reproduce the issue on the front end.
