Yeah, I deactivate the pro version of Formidable and still got a fatal error that referenced another plugin I use – network-subsite-user-registration.

I deactivated network-subsite-user-registration as well and then there is no fatal error when I activate mailchimp-for-woocommerce 2.3.4.

So there is an incompatibility with both Formidable Pro and also network-subsite-user-registration.
