What I mean is that I create a new filter then I´m using the order by filter and inside the filter options of order by I only choose: Price: lowest to highest and Price: highest to lowest but I already solved adding the by default option and putting it in the first place of the filter options
Thanks for the answer
Hi, thanks for the answer. How can I create a different archive page for every category? I mean one archive page for women, one archive page for men, one archive page for accesories because the external filter I am using can filter by different attributes but I need to put the filter on every different category that has a different attribute.
Thanks
Hi, thanks but I don´t see clear details about how to fix the filter behavior. In that case can you tell me please what filter plugins are compatible with shoplentor?
Thanks
Hi, Yes I would appreciate that it would be very helpful. How can I set up the filter?
Hello, the problem with the filter occurs searching in my clothing store by size in an archive page, the filter is searching in all the store instead of searching on the current archive page that in my case is hombre, mujer or accesorios in the picture I send before it sees a mens face and the title of Mujer. It don´t have much sense because if I am checking the women´s category and then filtering by size I don´t understand why appears all the men´s products with The tittle of the archive that says mujer (womens).I don’t think I’m the only one with this problem in his clothing store created with you. What solutions could you suggest us? I attach a screenshot about the things I am referring to.
Thanks for the support
Hello thanks for the support, I already attach the two screenshots I was referring to.
Please let me know if you can see it
It works excellent! Thanks for your help
Hello. I still haven’t received a response from you regarding whether you’ve fixed the filter problem.
This haven´t been solved and the support told me that they couldn´t help me.
Thanks, I will wait your response.
Hi, I have set the archive template, the shop template, and the single product template to Default, I’m also using your Product Horizontal Filter widget inside a Flexbox container created with Elementor.
However, the issue still persists. When I filter by size, the results correctly match the current category. But when I use the Sort by ascending or descending order label filter, the filter shows all products instead of just those in the current category. I don´t know if that is because all the products have different types of attributes and apparently the one attribute that all the products have in common is the price.
Also, when I apply a filter and then clear it, all the products from the entire shop are displayed, instead of maintaining the context of the current category.
1.- The template that is supposed to be assigned to the shop page, I assign by your plugin or by Woocommerce?
2.- How I know that the filter is on the correct section? I put it on the Woocommerce sidebar, is that correct?
