I found the setting, it’s under:
Settings > Articles (Tab at top) > Auto insert rating code: For individual pages.
I un-checked that and the ratings stars are gone from pages.
Great plugin, but with so many options settings can be hard to find 🙂

Author posted new download after I posted in developer’s forum. Apparently initial download of version 0.13.7 posted this morning was incomplete.
Downloaded new version 0.13.7, deleted existing plugin directory, uploaded new one, and now it works 🙂 No error after submitting!
