Thanks for pointing me to the Productivity Pack, i’m going to purchase it for sure. I do have a question, will this plugin allows me to prevent users from re-opening tickets sitewide ? Like i want to disable the re-opening ticket option completely for all users, not just for individual ticket.
That’s a bummer, i have numerical usernames on my site, and would love to be able to search by username. If you can think of any solution to add an specific field to the search query, please let me know

I still have this issue, where when you switch to a user, and add something to their cart, it is not really saving. if the user logs in, they don’t see what i did while i switched to their account.
I got it to work by adding this line to wp-config.php
define( ‘USER_SWITCHING_OLDUSER_COOKIE’, ‘any_random_sting_sjkfjnkasdujk3290jkaskfdkl’);
But it doesn’t work when you have active a caching plugin like WP-Rocket, and/or a security plugin like Wordfence.
I know there are a lot of support threads created for this, i just want to do a quick follow up to see if someone have found a fix. And to subscribe myself to this post hoping it will get resolve.

Excellent plugin, but i agree with the comment above, the dashboard widget is not working properly. The Top 3 users login count is not updating.

I guess there are 2 filters now. I got this response from posting this issue on github.
You’ll also want to filter on:
woocommerce_product_variation_get_tax_class
This will apply to all scenarios.

In reply to: High I/O and slow website on GoDaddyI’m having exactly the same issue on one site i’m developing which is hosted in GoDaddy Cpanel servers, I already upgraded to level 3, and the sites always goes down around 11am, and i see random spikes of i/o resources constantly.
I called GoDaddy Pro support, and they are no help.
Does anyone have an idea of what’s going on ?

Basically, my client wants to be able to have several logins (username and password) to login to the same wordpress account, which is the same as saying: the same woocommerce account.
The idea is that a company can have several people order pieces from him, but to have everything under 1 single account. If they need to fire someone, then that login (username and password) gets deleted, but the general account for the company keeps intact.
Not sure if i’m explaining myself properly, but that’s the idea.
Is it possible ?
