Thank you for finally responding to my post. Yes, I did disable all other plugins and that made no difference. I did find and review the server error log which identify an issue.
In the error log there is an entry “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media()” which correlates to my attempt to open the Meta Slider console.
After a brief search for this error message in the forums I found that this function is not available until WordPress 3.5 and I am using version 3.4.1. Evidently this version (2.9) of the plugin is not compatible with earlier versions of WordPress.
Is there an alternate version that I should use, and how do I go about obtaining an earlier version?
