Thanks alot,
I was thinking about adding this new value to the existing table of give_users, using the regular plugin activation function of my custom plugin. Would this be a bad practice with WordPress?

I think you didn’t understand, I need to add a form field, not only use the regular login field.
Is it possible to add a field?
