All the best !The ADD MEDIA button on EDIT PAGE literally does not work. At all. When you click it, nothing happens.
[FT Support Team] : We checked and found it working fine. Just to let you know ADD TO MEDIA is a feature of CORE WP installation. It has nothing to do with the theme. You can check updating your WP installation and we are sure, this issue will be fixed.CUSTOMIZE is basically dead – it does not display any preview or any working view of the site at all. It displays a menu along the side, but that’s about it.

The issue is not with the theme.
Issue must be with the plugins you are using.
Try deactivating the plugins which you are using and I’m sure, things will be alright.

WE just checked and found that Add Media, Screen Options and Help buttons work absolutely fine.Also, is there a way turn comments on and off for individual pages?

It should be approved within a few hours from now, if the admins are not busy.
