I can only hope that someone will respond here. I am ready to pay the $150 because I am just tired trying to getting this plugin to work properly (cache preload is my issue). But I can’t find a way to ask them whether they will first diagnose my issue before accepting payment. It makes nosense to pay if it turns out that this plugin was not the problem OR that this plugin problem could not be fixed.

I am having the EXACT same issue. I checked the option to include custom post types, but NONE of them are showing up in the sitemap.
PLEASE someone respond! I see that it’s been 3 weeks since “zerackam” posted his issue with no response.
