The issue is also reproducible in Chrome DevTools Responsive Mode (400 px width), which produces the same result as Android Chrome. Switching Android Chrome to Desktop Site immediately makes Bancontact appear again. This seems to indicate that the behaviour depends on the mobile rendering rather than the Stripe account configuration.
