In reply to: [Redirection] Redirection plugin not redirectingThe issue is that it’s not saving the original request to URL only, it’s reverting back to URL and Server, once you go back and edit the Redirection entry, that’s where you have to choose URL only and resave + test
Update: I disabled and deleted the Gmail option, I’m now using the SMTP option and the emails sent out show the Domain email correctly.
I’m actually concerned with the security of such sensitive data being communicated, have they provided feedback as to why this happened?
Why would I not be able to use the plugin after the subscription expires? Shouldn’t the subscription license cover the upgrades and support only?

All I see is the shortcode [wpep_button id=”424″]Alright thank you for the response, I think my best option would be the Professional bundle even though I only need it for one site.
Can we still use the plugin even if we cancel the subscription?
For the Recurring payment option, any chance this feature can be included in the Starter bundle?

I’m having the same issue and I did verify to make sure the MailChimp list is selected, it worked the first time I tested it but then it kept failing, my Fields names match the name tag of MailChimp fieldsForum: Plugins

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Reviews appearing twiceWeird, I just noticed that if I preview the Review, I see it as normal and displayed once, the message alert box also displays the text once each, once I approve the Review, everything goes twice.

1) Leave a copy of originals as backup

In reply to: [JW Player for Flash & HTML5 Video] Shortcode is not working in custom fieldThere’s no plugin involved, its actually part of the Theme, the custom fields are mainly custom meta boxes and created manually by the admin and the end user can place dynamic content within, although it seems that those custom fields dont support shortcodes.
I tried Eugene’s approach and that didnt work either. I’m looking for a way to include code in the core post-loop template to allow the translation of a shortcode and to output the JW player as if I had inserted the shortcode in the Description field of the post where it works well.

In reply to: [JW Player for Flash & HTML5 Video] Shortcode is not working in custom fieldI’m having the same issue with JW Player 6 shortcode through custom fields, all I see is the shortcode, yet if I place it in the content description of the post, it works fine, good thing there’s a free version to try it out first, there has to be a way to push the shortcode through custom fields, I wouldn’t mind upgrading to a license version, please consider a workaround or a temporary fix at least, even if it involves implementing additional code in the core templates, i can really use some help here.
