no other plugin is activated right now.

Even after it says your site is successfully created, there is no indication in the network admin panel. i.e no site is actually getting created while we are trying to register from the from front of the blog.
I do not receive any error. It says your site has been successfully created, you need to activate your account from the link we have sent. But no activation email is being sent.
(Site is successfully getting created from Network admin panel. Even the password is getting sent but not from front end)
