Packages cover the credit packs well for most studios we’ve set up. Customers see remaining sessions in the Customer Panel.
One extra clients ask for after packages: a phone-native pass for each booked class so front desk can scan QR without opening Amelia first. Amelia’s event QR tickets help for workshops; for regular appointments we used addtowallet.co ‘s Amelia connector so each booking can land in Apple/Google Wallet. Not a full “credit balance on the pass” system, but it helps day-of check-in.
CSV invoice export would be nice too — we’ve been exporting from Finance transactions or Woo if they pay that way.
