In most cases you can quickly identify and resolve common issues by doing that.
I can take a quick look if you can share the domain where the events happen.

Given that, I assume the installation and setup can be performed by the administrator at the instruction of the digital marketing specialist.
If the setup process were to change, or if we add options that need constant tweaking, we will consider adding a similar feature.

Very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately due to the nature of the plugin model in WordPress, it is possible (albeit unlikely), for plugin to interfere with each other and cause negative behavior.

Can you also try a different browser, just to make sure that this is not a browser cache or a javascript issue with that specific browser.
As a work around, if you have database access, you can consider updating this directly there.

Did this get resolved? I looked at your site, and filled up the signup form at the bottom. It generated a Lead event to facebook.
