OK, i got it, the problem was, that the image was not EXACTLY the recommended size. I didnt know that it must be EXACT.
If the picture is only 1 pixel too small, it wont work i just realized.

Its strange, i did as explained in the tutorial, but it doesnt show any pictures.
Could it be possible, that i have to configure some kind of permission, that it will be shown?
Ive seen in a forum that it may need some kind of 755 permission?
